And they wait...

65 children wait in orphanages in Kyrgyzstan to be reunited with the American and Canadian families who have pledged to love and care for them. Many have serious health issues, all are suffering the effects of prolonged instutionalization. They have waited for over 3 years. 2 have died. We ask why?
